Problem
Amazon provides a download page for the Amazon Redshift 1.0 driver, which includes two download links.
One link will include an Amazon SDK while the other does not.
As of version 1.2.50, the Amazon JDBC driver requires the antlr JAR which is part of the Amazon SDK.

Symptom
