Problem
Attempting to index documents in CSS server fails, irrespective of the document type and the following error appears in the Content Engine error log: "Unexpected configuration error occurred - text extraction cannot proceed., possible configuration problem, request will be retried again at a later time"
Symptom
The following error appears in the Content Engine error log:
Failed to convert /path/to/document/XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX for object:{XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX} class:class_name export error:-1 Unexpected configuration error occurred - text extraction cannot proceed., possible configuration problem, request will be retried again at a later time
