****************************************************************
* USERS AFFECTED:
* Systems running the 7200-04 Technology Level with

* MIN          MAX          FILESET
* 7.2.4.0      7.2.4.4      devices.pciex.df1060e214103404.com
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
* With 32 Gb fiber-channel adapters, running cfgmgr may cause
* a LINK_UP event when running the fc-nvme configure method.
* This could results in a LINK_UP event raised for the
* fiber-channel protocol possibly causing link events on an
* NPIV client. This would only be a problem if fc-nvme is
* not being used.
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:
* Install APAR IJ38520.
****************************************************************

APAR: IJ38402  Fix available in service pack: 7200-04-06-2220

****************************************************************
* USERS AFFECTED:
* Systems running the 7200-04 Technology Level with
* any of the following filesets at or between the given levels:
* MIN          MAX          FILESET
* 7.2.4.2      7.2.4.4      bos.net.nfs.client
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
* The gssd daemon may core dump due to a memory leak. The
* core dump may show in errpt as happening in extend_brk,
* leftmost, malloc_y, free_y, or other memory
* allocation-related functions.
* If viewing the core dump, the core dump size would
* be ~256MB in size assuming it was not truncated in any
* way. dbx 'malloc' information would indicate the heap
* taking up the entirety of segment 2, similar to:
* The Process Heap
* Initial process brk value........ 0x20003470
* current process brk value........ 0x2ff20440
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:
* Install APAR IJ38402.

****************************************************************
* USERS AFFECTED:
* Systems running the 7200-04 Technology Level with
* any of the following filesets at or between the given levels:
* MIN          MAX          FILESET
* 7.2.4.0      7.2.4.2      devices.common.IBM.storfwork.rte
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
* If some global RAS customizations are done, it can cause the
* disk ping driver NDD_JOIN operation to fail with ENOMEM, which
* could prevent cluster creation. For example, if the command
* ctctrl memtraceoff
* is done, it turns component traces off globally and that
* will cause this failure.
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:
* Install APAR IJ38543.
****************************************************************

APAR: IJ38488  Fix available in service pack: 7200-04-06-2220

* 7.2.4.0      7.2.4.4      bos.adt.include
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
* An implicit } does not find a matching implicit extern C {
* error

This leak will be seen if authtype:ldap_auth is in use; a
4096-byte leak would be seen for every call to
ldap_authenticate. This would be most noticeable in a
long-running process that calls AIX's authentication
functions (like authenticatex or pam_authenticate) many
times over the course of its execution. Examples of this
would be Informix's oninit or DB2's db2ckpwd.

****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
* When using IKE_AuthenticationMethod="RSA_signatures
* (certificates)
* an XML that previously was working fails to load with
* following error message:
* # ikedb -p foo.xml
* A LSP function detected a bad parameter
