Troubleshooting
Problem
UrbanCode Deploy (UCD) agents are running on the host but they appear offline under UI -> Resources -> Agents.
You see java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org/bouncycastle/asn1/ASN1Integer.<init>(I)V in the agent.out logs.
Symptom
The error stack that you encounter in agent.out log when the agents are appearing offline is:
