Troubleshooting
Problem
Users login to the Integrated Management Module (IMM) web interface and click IMM Management -> Network -> SMTP to set the Authentication method of Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) to 'LOGIN.' The configuration is saved as a 'restore_file.' Therestore function uses the 'PLAIN' method to re-set the authentication, but it is not 'LOGIN' (original setting). This difference causes the restoring procedure to fail.
