After enabling SSL for Symphony, tasks cannot start

Question

After enabling SSL for Symphony, symping works well but other applications cannot run. The SIM log shows the following error messages: Time_Stamp GMT ERROR [PID:THREAD_ID] platcomm.Router - Code[S61002]: router.cpp:198 PLATCOMM_DRIVER_ERROR Communication driver returns error code 2 : "Error setting SSL private key from file '/share/symphony/symphony-6.1.1/kernel/conf/user.key' : error:140B0002:SSL routines:SSL_CTX_use_PrivateKey_file:system lib". Time_Stamp GMT FATAL [PID:THREAD_ID] platcomm.Router - Code[S61014]: router.cpp:198 PLATCOMM_DRIVER_INIT_FAIL Failed to init Communications driver TCPIPv4SSL. Check to ensure correct configuration for the driver name, arguments and options in sd.xml or the application profile.
