Admin password changed during Library Code updates

Troubleshooting

Problem

Admin password changed during Library Code updates

Resolving The Problem

Abstract

The admin password is changed during Library Code updates. This document applies only to the following language version: US English

Solution

For customers that are running a firmware level earlier than 1.90, and have not changed the default Admin password, it will be lost when they upgrade the library firmware to 1.90 or a later level. At this time, the customer can log in the Admin account with a password of "adm001", and then change the password to something else. Alternatively, the customer can select Configure -> Restore Defaults -> Restore Passwords from the operator panel. The password will be reset to "secure".
