You can display additional columns on the Active tabif you require the information to run your business. These columnsare hidden by default to save space in the table and allow Sterling TMS to displaydata more quickly.

To add a column click CustomizeTable select the column and click Show/Hide.

Forexample you can display the following columns on the Active tab:

Alert

Displaysan icon if there is an alert attached to the shipment.

To viewdetails about the alert select the shipment and click Notes/History.The alert appears on the Alerts tab of theNotes/History page.

Arrival at Origin

Shows when the carrier arrived at the shipment origin.

Toenter or change the date double-click the Arrival at Origin columnwhich opens the Shipment Edit page.

Trailer/Container Number

Shows the trailer number or containernumber if you provided one for the shipment.

To add or changethe number double-click the Trailer/Container Number column whichopens the Shipment Edit page.

Planned Load Date

Shows the requestedload date and time which the shipper provided.

Planned Load Date End

Shows the end of the requested load date and time window whichthe shipper provided.

User Currency Price

Shows the shipmentlinehaul rate plus any accessorial charges. The price is shown inthe User-Preferred Currency you selected onthe Execution Options page.

You can comparethe shipment charges in your preferred currency to the Price column.The Price column shows the charges in the currency defined in theshipper and carrier contract.

To view the User Currency Pricecolumn your Execution user role must be set to Carrier Manager orCarrier Administrator.

Origin Loc Code

Shows the location code the shipper defined for the shipmentorigin where the freight is picked up.

Dest Loc Code

Shows the location code the shipper defined for the shipmentdestination where the freight is delivered.
