Troubleshooting
Problem
You may be experiencing a scenario where you are trying to set up a locations or asset record hover dialog to work within the Locations or Assets application.
The hover dialog for both Asset or Location fields will work fine in Work Order Tracking application, however when you try to set up the ASSET_RECORDHOVER in Assets application or create a LOCATION_RECORDHOVER in Locations application, this will not display data and you will see only "--" in the value fields.

How can we fix that ?
