Problem
Creating an attachment in IBM Engineering Test Management (ETM) from a file that has a non-breakable space (nbsp) character in the file name results in the attachment being reported as skipped by IBM Lifecycle Query Engine (LQE).
Symptom
Your list of skipped resources in LQE shows skipped resources of type Attachment.
