Adding additional parameters to MMC links

It is best practice to always use the Tracking Code Generator when creating new tracking codes for either MMC, SP or RE, however in order to aid troubleshooting, here is an example of a tracking code which has 2 Tag Attributes.
Example: If in the MMC template, columns G ("Attribute 1") and H ("Attribute 2") were completed with the fields "attribute1" and "attribute2" respectively, the tracking code generated would produce this:

Notice that following the 4 MMC Parameters (vendor-_-category-_-placement-_-item), there is an ?&? symbol followed by the attribute values, each of which are separated with ?&? and prefixed with ?cm_mmca?? where ??? represents the attribute number 1-50 depending on the attribute number being collected (as can be seen in the URL example above where "1" has been used for attribute 1, and "2" has been used for attribute 2").
