Troubleshooting


Problem

When attempting to log in to a Maximo Anywhere application you receive the message that READ is not allowed on SYNONYMDOMAIN.

Symptom

When attempting to log in the system data refresh starts then fails before completion with the following error.

BMXAA0024E - The action READ is not allowed on object SYNONYMDOMAIN. Verify the business rules for the object and define the appropriate action for the object.
