Problem
Data Protection for SQL Restore using compression and client-side deduplication failing with ACO5436E / ANS1235E
Symptom
Messages similar to the following will be recorded in tdpsql.log:
ACO5436E A failure occurred on stripe number (<stripe number>), rc = 418
dsierror.log will report the following:
ANS1235E An unknown system error has occurred from which IBM Spectrum Protect cannot recover.
ANS0221E There was an error in the IBM Spectrum Protect API internals.
IBM Spectrum Server actlog can report messages similar to the following:
