Problem
This technote explains why an error, Access denied,might occur when using IBM® Rational® ClearCase® to add an element to source control in a UNIX VOB from a Microsoft Windows client.
Symptom
Adding an element to a VOB created on a Unix server from a Windows client reports error:
Access denied
