Problem
This technote explains why the error []Access Denied [] occurs when attempting to delete an eclipsed file from a dynamic view using IBM® Rational® ClearCase
Symptom
After trying to delete an eclipsed file from a dynamic view and as soon as you refresh the view the file reappears and a subsequent Cleartool rename reports the following error:
Access Denied
