About Outbound Documents and the Outbox

Outbound documents are sent by you to your business partners.

The Outbox displays all of the documents youhave sent to your business partners. Your documents are organizedon virtual pages with each page displaying a predetermined numberof documents. The total number of pages in your Outbox dependson the number of documents you have sent.

The most recent documents are displayed first. To navigate throughall of your documents click the numbered page links at the bottomof your Outbox.

Sorting the Outbox Display

Youcan organize your outbound documents by Form Name Company Form TypeDate Sent or Status. The following table defines these options.

Column
Description
Form Name

Alphanumeric code that identifies a document.

Company

Business partner to whom you sent the document.

Form Type

Type of document.

Date Sent

Date and time the document was sent.

Status

Current status of the document.

  • Sending status means the document is beingsent.
  • Non-compliant status means the document couldnot be translated.
  • Waiting for Acknowledgement status meansthe document was sent but your business partner has not acknowledgedits receipt.
  • Received status means your document was receivedand acknowledged.
  • Received Rejected status means your documentwas received; however your business partner has rejected the data.
