About Connecting using OFTP2
To connect to Sterling File Transfer Service using OFTP2 you need to exchange information with IBM?. The information needed includes:
- Public keys
- OFTP2 IDs - names identifying you and IBM as the source of your messages for verification by digital signatures
- OFTP2 URLs ? unique Web addresses to send and receive information
- communications port on your system
Enter the IBM information in your OFTP2 client software.
Consult your OFTP2 client software for more information on setting up your OFTP2 connection to use with Sterling File Transfer Service.
