Sterling InFlight Data Management canarchive your data transactions if you subscribe to data archive services.Data is stored in the archive for a contractual length of time andis accessible through Sterling InFlight Data Management.The first 30 days of data remain outside of the archive to allow changesand updates. After 30 days the data moves to Archive where Sterling InFlight Data Management providesunique configuration properties for all customer data.

The data can be recalled by the following individual or combinedcriteria:

  • Date/Time sent
  • Document type
  • Specific document number
  • Sending entity
  • ISA control number
  • Document reference number
  • Document status

Once it has exceeded 30 days beyond the contractual archive termthe data is purged from the database and cannot be retrieved.
