Problem
When submitted job with GPU option in PAC, the abaqus job could not run with GPU, it works well if use the same command directly in Linux.
Symptom
The below command can work with GPU,
bsub -I -n 4 -R "rusage [ngpus_shared=2]" -J Jch_test_Sep4 /apps/abaqus/Commands/abq2017 -j t1-std -cpus 4 -gpus 2
