Abstract
ABAP Extract stage with RFC data transfer mehod may drop data from a TIMESTAMP (DEC) field in version 8.0.0.1.

This issue is a regression from version 8.0.0.0. It shows due to different behavior of SAP NW RFC SDK (introduced in version 8.0.0.1 to replace the Classic RFC SDK). It is reported and resolved under APAR JR57415.
The fix is included in version 8.0.0.2 and later (Fixpack 2 for version 8.0).
It's recommended to use the latest Fixpack which as of Sept 2017 is version 8.0.0.3, available for download in 2 formats:
- Update Installer (patch style)- can be applied over a previous 8.0.0.x installation
- Full Installer - for new installations
