Error description

• The Logon Configuration Utility (LCU.bat) required manual user
  input when creating or updating an LCU file, like cddef.bin.
  This enhancement is to add support for batch mode operation with
  reading values from a file or another command's output (pipe).
  
  Examples:
  lcu.bat -fcddef.bin -b <myvalues.txt
  getCredentialsFromVault.cmd | lcu.bat -fcddef.bin -b
