Fixed a problem where the user either sees a blank web page or a timeout for the page not loading. The problem can occur in three scenarios:

- 2) When the maximum number of sessions are already in use. Normally a page stating "All sessions are currently in use. Try again later." would have been displayed.
- 3) The web session lost due to someone else logging in with the same user id. Normally a page stating "Your session has terminated because you logged in with this userid at another location." would have been displayed.
