WARNING: The presence of ac standby power might result in damage to the hardware unless you disconnect the power cord for each power supply from the electrical outlet.
- Power-off the server.
- Disconnect the power cord for each power supply from the electrical outlet.
- Remove the top cover
- Disconnect the shuttle
- Place one hand on the handle at the front portion of the shuttle, and place the other hand on the ledge at the rear of the shuttle.
- Lift the shuttle at an angle with the rear of the shuttle being removed first and remove the shuttle from the server.
