Instructions
Processor Sub ASM
  1. Gradually drop the Processor Sub ASM into the chassis cavity.
  2. Make sure that the height of the work bench is appropriate for your height.
  3. Place the chassis as close to you as possible.
  4. There is very little room between the Sub ASM and Chassis cavity wall but you should be able to maneuver around the Chassis cavity.
  5. Use the guides on the side of the shell cavity.
  6. Once the Sub ASM is lowered and sitting on the bottom of the chassis, latch the two blue latches. This will make the Sub ASM move towards the Midplane card.

    Note: There are three verically alligned guide pins inside the chassis cavity on the left and right side as well as one additional big head screw shown above. Use the guide pins to install the Processor Sub ASM.

    Note: Carefully lowering the Sub ASM into the chassis cavity.

    Note: Place your hands as shown using your thumbs to advance the Sub ASM forward. Engage the lever latches and connectors that's in front of you.
