1. Turn off the server and all peripheral devices and disconnect all power cords and external cables.

Remove the Top Cover:

1. Slide the cover release latches and rotate the Fan Door open.
2. Loosen the captive screw on the rear of the chassis.
3. Slide the cover towards the rear of the server approximately one half inch and then lift the cover off the server and set it aside.

Remove the Media Bezel and Video Port Cable Assembly:

1. Remove the three screws on top of the Disk Drive Bay Cage Assembly.
2. Grasp the front of the cage and pull it out approximately one inch in order to gain clearance to remove the front bezel.
3. Grasp the pull tab on fan number 4 and lift it out of the bracket and place it aside to gain access to the cables. Disconnect the USB and the video cable from the system board and pull the cables through the slot in the chassis.
4. Remove the two screws from the top of the Bezel.
5. Rotate the top of the bezel away from the system and press down to free the hinge tabs on the bottom.
6. Pull the Bezel away from the system while carefully feeding the cable through the media bay.
