To install the top cover latch bracket:

Position the slots in the top-cover latch bracket over the pins on the chassis, slide the bracket down and tighten the retainer screw to secure.
Here is a closer look at the slots in the bracket and the pins in the chassis.
Install the top cover:

Position the cover over the chassis, aligning the tabs in the cover with the slots in the chassis.

Slide the cover forward while rotating the cover release latch down to the closed position.
