Procedures for removing the Hot-swap cooling fan from the xSeries 365 server.

To remove the top cover:
- Lift the cover-release latch handle. The cover slides to the rear approximately one-half inch.
- Lift the cover off the server.
To remove a hot-swap fan assembly:
- Release the latch.
- Lift up the free end of the fan-locking handle and pull upward on the handle to lift the fan out of the server.
NOTE: To maintain cooling, replacement fans must be installed within 2 minutes.
