554 Failed to connect to SMTP server at

Symptom

  • 554 Failed to connect to SMTP server at <IP address:Port#>
  • CException caught in GenMail SendEDIMessage; Error = The remote procedure call
    failed.
  • Telnet test on port 25 fails
  • Cannot send EDI data
