-408 error for listen_authenticate thread

Problem

Listener-thread error -408 can be observed in server message log without any application seeing any problem.

Symptom

You would see a message like the following in server message log:

listener-thread: err = -408: oserr = 0: errstr = from my_host to server my_informix_server:: Invalid message type received from the sqlexec process.

Only trapping this error would reveal that it's a "listen_authenticate" thread which is hitting this problem and issuing the error.
