404 Error when uploading attachments from Maximo Anywhere

Troubleshooting


Problem

When uploading  attached files from Maximo Anywhere the process fails with and error 404.

Symptom

When sending attachments from Maximo Anywhere a 404 error may appear even though the servlet exists in the web.xml.  The error will display similar to the following in the device logs when set to debug.
