Problem

401 Unauthorized Outbound AS2 failed in the HTTP Client POST Service

Symptom

When sending outbound AS2 message to Sterling Collaboration Network or Sterling VAN, the HTTP Client POST Service step shows an Error.

Error Message

1. Error message found in Status Report Info:

HTTP Status Code: 401
HTTP Reason Phrase: Unauthorized
