Description
When the kernel of the Jupyter notebook reaches memory limit, the kernel will die and a new kernel will start. And the following error message displays in UI:

And then the user has to click
Kernel --> Reconnect
for initiating connection to restarted kernel. The error message is not descriptive as it doesn't mention to the user that it's a memory related error.
