Troubleshooting
Problem
When draggin a visualization into a new blank report, the Visualization
Gallery appears with the thumbnail images of the available
visualizations, when clicking "OK" to add a visualization to the report, the below error message is received:
404 - Not Found
URL: http://
Cause
In 11.0.4.0, pallettes.json needs to be copied from /bi/common folder to the /common folder.
Environment
11.0.4.0
Resolving The Problem
Copy pallettes.json from /bi/common folder to the /common folder. Restart Cognos and IIS.
