 'Invalid Login response' error for one user

Troubleshooting


Problem

With SSO setup, only one user is experiencing an "Invalid Login Response" error when attempting to login.

Symptom

Login is showing as successful in log file

Resolving The Problem

1. Go to Cognos Administration and navigate to the user's profile.
2. Copy out the users objects from the users My Folders into another accessible location
3. Delete the users profile
4. Log in with the users profile again

You will then be able to copy the users objects back into their "My Folders". 
They will not lose ownership of any objects in Team Content and you will have remade the profile.
