What's new for IBM i 7.4

The following enhancements were new after the initial release:
- June 2024 update:

- AES encryption algorithm will always be attempted first for DRDA / DDM connections. If not supported, it may fall back to DES.
- December 2022 update:

- The auditing of relational database directory entries has been enhanced to contain additional
information contained within the SM journal entry.

- At initial release, the following support has been extended or changed:

- Adding a relational database entry for Db2® Mirror.
- No longer require the system value QPWDLVL to be the same on the Application Requester (AR) and Application Server (AS) for DRDA connections when the 7.4 AS is configured to use Conjoined Mutual Authentication to connect.
- SQL Package creation will be allowed if owning profile of *PGM or *SRVPGM is not on the application server. The package will be owned by the connecting user profile.
