This information presents a single sign-on solution for IBM® i, which uses network authentication service (IBM's implementation of the Kerberos V5 standard from MIT) paired with Enterprise Identity Mapping (EIM). The single sign-on solution reduces the number of sign-ons that a user must perform, as well as the number of passwords that a user requires to access multiple applications and servers.
