The field name entry is made only when it is required for the RPG IV function
(such as control levels) added to the external description. The field name
entry contains one of the following:
The name of the field as defined in the external record description (if
10 characters or less).
The name specified to be used in the program that replaced the external
name specified in positions 21 through 30.
