Explanation
 The DB2 Load failed with SQLCODE SQL code.
The load messages are in the message file Message file name.The
DB2 Load operation  failed with the specified SQLCODE. The load messages
are stored in the specified message file. This error might occur when
the user does not have the required permission to perform the load
operation.

 Do one of the following actions:Review the messages in the message file and take the appropriate
corrective action.

Grant the required permissions for the user to perform the load
operation.
