Explanation
      A call to retrieve information regarding the storage characteristics of the current address space has failed. The return code and reason code is included in the message text encoded as a hexadecimal string. The most significant half-word represents the return code (0 = OK, 4 = WARNING, 8 = ERROR). The least significant half-word represents the reason code.

      If the return and reason data is 0x00085008, then there has been a failure to allocate the memory required to store the data. Refer to the CICS® Transaction Gateway Information Center for details on dealing with out of memory errors. If the message reports any other non-zero return and reason code, contact your service organization.
