How do I open a support ticket with IBM Support?
Contact and open a ticket with IBM Dynamic Pricing Support when you require assistance with IBM Dynamic Pricing.

If you are calling to open a support ticket, ensure that you have the following information
available:
- IBM Customer Number (ICN)
- Product name
- Description of your service request
Before you begin
- Determine the business impact of your problem.
- Describe your problem and gather background information.
Procedure
- Access the IBM Support Community.
- After you are signed in, click Open a case.
- Enter "Dynamic Pricing" for the product.
- Enter the details for your support ticket.

A new case is generated for your support ticket and the ticket is routed to the appropriate IBM team.
