How does Social Audiences support GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulatory framework that was designed to harmonize data privacy across Europe, to protect and empower all personal data of individuals that are physically located in the EU/ EEA, and to reshape the way organizations across the region approach data privacy.

Social Audiences provides GDPR support through the user interface.

The GDPR lays out, among other, the principles for data management and the rights of data subjects and applies to the processing of personal data by all organizations located in the European Union (EU) as well as to all organizations located outside the EU that are processing personal data of individuals that are in the EU, where such processing is related to the offering of goods and services to individuals in the EU or the monitoring of their behavior taking place in the EU (e.g., via tracking technology).
