- Slack enhancement in IBM Control Desk
- Two new fields, Worklog and Worklog details are added for Slash commands in Slack that help users enter additional information and comments for updating tickets.
- ITIC upgrade in IBM Control Desk
- Upgraded ITIC for ICD 7615 with log4j and other vulnerability fixes.
- CometD and Jetty upgrade in IBM Control Desk
- CometD and Jetty are upgraded for ICD 7.6.1.5. WAS 8.5.x must be upgraded to WAS 9.0.x to support the same.
- JSON Mapping and JSON Resources enabled for IBM Control Desk
- JSON Mapping and JSON Resources are the two new applications enabled for IBM Control Desk under Integration module.
