Resolving Tasks

Depending upon the particular data issues and your organizations policies, task resolution may require edits to attribute values and status, logical deletion of attributes, assigning or reassigning Enterprise IDs and/or Source IDs, marking records as obsolete or even adding records to the database.

Note: Each organization defines a workflow and task resolution process which best fits their needs and requirements. Because of the uniqueness of each organization, specific task resolution workflow is not discussed in this manual; however a general workflow is presented. The instructions provided in this chapter cover the generic use of Inspector to accomplish certain desired results.
