XPath queries in WSRR

When they are registered, services must be available for reuse and management for them to be useful. WSRR implements a subset of XPath 2.0 with some extensions to provide a basic yet powerful search and query mechanism.

Note: For clarity, the word association is used to mean a non-containment relationship. A relationship can be through association or containment.
