Read-Write. Indicates whether outgoing deletions should not be replicated to other databases.

- true to not replicate outgoing deletions
- false to replicate outgoing deletions
Usage
After setting this property, you must call Save for the changes to take effect. If you do not call Save, your changes are lost.
