Reader, writer, and route
The Gateway for HP ServiceManager uses a standard reader and route which are defined in the gateway configuration file.
The writer defines four different mappings, one for each event type (PMO, PMU, PMC), and one for HP ServiceManager journal entries. You need to create a gateway configuration file that contains these components. Refer to Create the gateway configuration file for more information about how to do this.
