A test plan record is relative to an asset registry. A test plan record is central to the test planning hierarchy. A test plan record can have child test plan records and a test plan record can have child test case records.
You can use any Rational® ClearQuest® client to create a test plan record. However, you must use a Rational ClearQuest Client or Rational ClearQuest Client for Eclipse to associate a test motivator file with a test plan record.
