Installation Settings Wizard: Setting the persistence locale

The persistence locale determines the language in which rules are stored in the Decision Center database.

When you deploy Decision Center to your application server, the persistence locale is initially set to en_US. This means that the rules in the database are stored in US English.

When you change the persistence locale, the language in which rules appear in Decision Center does not change. You only need to change the persistence locale in Decision Center to match the locale of Rule Designer when synchronizing your rule projects.
