Defining the ruleflow layout

You can modify the on-screen appearance of ruleflows.

About this task

You can do an automatic layout of the ruleflow, or modify the ruleflow layout manually.

Procedure

To change the layout of a ruleflow:

Click the Diagram page of a ruleflow.
Select the items you want to align in the ruleflow using Ctrl+click.
To select all items in a ruleflow, right-click the ruleflow and choose Select All (Ctrl+A).
Right-click the ruleflow and select Align. The alignment options are displayed in a pop-up menu.
Alternatively, you can click Layout All Nodes in the Ruleflow Editor toolbar to align the ruleflow.

Results

The ruleflow appearance changes to the new layout.

Note:

The Ruleflow Editor toolbar also contains items used to work with a ruleflow, such as grouping and ungrouping items and cutting, copying, and pasting items.
