Available user options

You can change user options to make them match your profile or preferences. These options apply only when you use Decision Center, and do not affect any other users.

To change the following options, click Profile in the drop-down list beside the username in the top banner of Decision Center. Then you can set the following to your liking:

User picture

Click Change to upload a picture of yourself.

Display name

To specify the name that Decision Center displays for you as a user. By default, your login name is displayed, but you can change it to something more adapted, especially to be better identified in posts.

Language

To select the language in which Decision Center is displayed. The language is determined by a parameter in the URL you use to access Decision Center, or by the language of your browser if the URL has no parameter. For information about how to set the browser language, refer to the documentation for your browser.

You can also change the language in which you display Decision Center to one in the list of languages in Profile. Regardless of whether you set the language through the URL, browser, or options, Decision Center displays the language only if your development team translated the Decision Center environment and provided you with translated projects.

Note:

If you select a language and Decision Center does not display it, contact your development team.

Time zone

Specify the time zone where you are located.

Calendar

Specify the calendar with which you work.

My Follows

You can specify to Decision Center what kinds of activities you want to follow automatically:

  • Automatically follow rules I create
  • Automatically follow rules I edit
  • Automatically follow new rules that I am authorized to edit
  • Automatically follow new projects that I am authorized to see
  • Automatically follow new branches that I am authorized to see
Note: The first two options are activated by default.

Selecting or clearing an option does not retroactively subscribe you to follow projects or elements, but applies to all new rules or edits.
